However, now the snow does seem to have settled in and is lying. The road up the hill that I can see from my sitting room window is completely white, as is our 'main' road, and the grass is fast turning white too. Obviously, it's nothing like places such as Canada get, but apart from when we were down in Doune, it's more than I've seen for several years. The UK is on a 'severe weather warning', so I hope that my fellow Brits all keep safe and sound during it.
