Teddy: Stethoscope

French Open - Day 12

Hmmm, so I'm really not that good at this prediction lark, am I? *Grins*

Well I was fifty percent correct yesterday - and fifty percent incorrect :-)

Serena Williams and Lucie Safarova won. Which means the women's final will almost certainly be a pretty poor match, given it's Safarova's first ever grand slam final and so nerves are likely to prove to be a huge factor. *Sighs*

Today is men's semi finals and we have: Jo-Wilfried Tsonga vs Stan Wawrinka and Novak Djokovic vs. Andy Murray.

And yes, I shall go on making predictions *g*

Again I'd love to see Jo-Wilfried win in his home slam, but I do think Stan will prevail. And Novak will beat Andy, although obviously I would love Andy to win. However, I simply don't see that happening.

Both matches have the potential, based on previous meetings as well as current form to go all the way - it could be a very long day. Of course it could also be a very short day if one player in each match runs away with it. But I'm betting on four sets for each match at least.
