Book Bingo Master Post

I saw this on birggitt's journal (and more recently on gilda_elise's) and after mulling it over decided I would give it a go. The comm is ljbookbingo and the premise is to read 25 books during 2019, thus ticking off each square, until you have bingo'd out.

The reasons I mulled it over wasn't because of the number of books, I read at least twice that number of books in a year, but the fact that there are a few categories which I simply don't and have no interest in reading. Also there are a couple of categories which I have an issue with because IMHO they are discriminatory. However, you are permitted to have some substitutions both in the form of wilds cards and by swapping out categories.

I also mulled it over because whilst I have in the past done a lot of writing challenges, I've never really been drawn to doing a reading one as I like to read what I want to read and not feel I 'have' to read a certain genre of book in a certain time frame. However, this seemed to fit 'my' needs/wants. I haven't quite figured out all the bits & bobs related to the challenge, i.e. posting when you have bingo'd, etc. but no doubt I'll get my head about it.

I'm posting the original table, as it stands, and will swap out the categories as and when. And I shall update this post with the books as I read them and fulfil each square.
