A bit of fun
I decided to try to do these for Gibbs and Ducky. Oddly enough I found it really easy to select the two answers for both men. I tried to do so based solely on what we see on the screen, not any 'hidden' characteristics that I might think they would have.

In my opinion these aren't too bad, especially the name for both of them. In places they seem very accurate, although in others not quite so. What do others think?

That is intresting. I always feel it's fun to these memes from character POVs.

I think the one for Gibbs is a bit mre accurate than the one for Ducky however this bit made me giggle:

    Being optimistic, friendly, and upbeat

I am sure the rest of NCIS would have something to say about that!

I do too. Often it isn't easy to do them from the character's POV, but this time I thought it wasn't too difficult. So I challenge you to do them for Ray and Benny (Dief even??????)

I am sure the rest of NCIS would have something to say about that!

    LOL. Oh, yes!!!!!!

Ha! I can definitely see Gibbs signing up for competitive meditation...

Sorry to bother you, but Gibbs and Ducky and Whitney and Ashton have all been bugging me to ask you when the next rare_pair challenge will be announced. Wouldn't normally bring it up, but they're all bigger than me and it's getting a little heated in here ;-)

    No worries at all.

I had hoped to make a post about this this weekend, but Bast is very sick and unable to email or anything, and as I'm proposing a slight change to things (nothing major), I don't want to do it without her approval.

I'd work on 1st March being the date we announce the next challenge.

We're really sorry for the delay but with my parents and Bast being sick (she has been for a while now), things got more than a little hectic, and something had to 'go'.

Apologies. If I don't hear from her in a day or so, I will make a 'holding' post.

Tell them all to calm down and toddle off and play nicely with one another and leave you in peace :-) That's what I do.

No problem: I'm sorry to hear that Bast isn't well.

Aha! Thank you for inadvertently reminding me that I was going to write an NCIS - Thirteenth Floor crossover in which Ducky teaches Whitney about first aid, and Gibbs gets very scared by all the green lights. Ashton will just have to sit on his own and quietly mix some martinis or something... ;-)
nakeisha From: nakeisha Date: 21st February 2006 16:43 (UTC) (Link)
    Thank you for your understanding.

The poor thing has been unwell for quite some time now, it's quite worrying.

Ooh, I rather like the idea of a crossover, I can quite see Gibbs 'scared' by all the green lights. Yes, leave Ashton to mix martinis for them all :-)
